1951 - 1969

Henry spent his first 18 years on a farm peninsula close to the ocean off the southern Delaware coast. Both of his parents came from a teaching background. Henry worked on a working farm and interacted with a lot of nature and animals.

Henry has experienced spiritual promptings his whole life.



1970 - 1974

Henry attended Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. He began as an art major but switched to biology and received his B.S. in Biology in 1974.

1971 - 1972

Henry experienced two classic near death experiences one year apart. Henry experienced going through the tunnel with his silver chord trailing him. He first saw two suns approaching him from the other side who briefly communicated messages telepathically. He was told to use his hands for healing and begin a meditation practice.

Henry came back from these experiences with more attunement with the guides and angels and had a more profound perspective about the spiritual orientation of life and being a service soul.

1973 - 1976

In 1973 Henry was initiated in transcendental meditation. In 1976 Henry trained to become a classic TM instructor in Iowa and France. He was made teacher of TM by world famous teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (teacher of many celebrities, including The Beatles).

1980 - 1982

Henry was drawn to study the healing art of myotherapy with world renowned teacher Bonnie Prudden.
Myotherapy is an enlightened therapy to erase pain in muscles and restore movement. It is one of the finest healing arts in the world.

Henry becomes an expert practitioner of Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy and Exercise Therapy.

1983 - Present

Henry continues his work as a myotherapy practitioner and has brought pain relief and improved quality of life to hundreds of people over the past 25 years.

Henry has led many guided imagery and meditation workshops for groups in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has published many books which range from whimsical stories about animals and nature, to books for inspiration and reconnecting with the spirit.

Henry is now focusing on Guided Vibration Meditations using his writings or "Whisperings" as guideposts to help others with their spiritual experience and lead them towards the angels.
